Exhibitor Show Cancellation Policy


Registration cancellations may be requested for the Annual GLACUHO Exhibitor Show through emailing the Exhibitor Liaison (  If approved, refunds will be distributed by check from the Treasurer.  Refunds will be distributed by the following:

Requests dated at least 42 days prior to the show will be refunded the full cost minus a 5% administrative fee
Requests dated 28 days to 41 days prior to the show will be refunded 50% of the cost
Requests received within 27 days of the show will not be honored

Requests to deviate from this policy will be taken on a case-by-case basis and will be discussed by the Exhibitor Liaison, Treasurer, and President.  All decisions are final.



Refunds will not be granted for no-shows (vendors who do not attend the conference with no prior notice of cancellation). Exhibitors assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by the Exhibitor Liaison.
