Limited free street parking is available for outside of the Peoria Civic Center. There is free parking off Fulton for hotel guests and conference attendees.

In order to qualify for the regular registration rate, check payments must be postmarked by Friday, October 24. Online registration closes on Sunday, November 2, and all attendees wishing to register after that date will need to register on site.

Requests for Accessibility Accommodations

Conference Highlights

Monday Night on the Town

The conference host committee is hosting Monday Night on the Town at The Packard entertainment venue just a few blocks from the Civic Center and hotel sites. The relaxed, social evening will consist of a dueling pianos performance group, light snacks, and select complimentary beverages. Join us for an evening filled with professional connections, friends, and a good time.

Participation in Monday Night on the Town is included with every conference registration; additional guest tickets may be purchased, if desired.

'GLOW'-Cuho 5K!

Join the Health and Wellness Committee for a GLOW-CUHO 5k! After the Sunday night socials, we'll be taking to the streets of Peoria on a 3.1 mile course you can walk, run or roll! Meet in the conference hotel lobby at 10:00pm on Sunday night! Interested participants will sign-up for the GLOW-CUHO 5k during conference registration.

Lunch and Learn

The Student Learning Committee is excited to offer a free Lunch and Learn opportunity to GLACUHO conference attendees! We will present a case study regarding the intersectionality of conduct and spirituality, and the decisions hearing officers make for discussion over lunch on Tuesday, November 11th from 12:30pm - 1:30pm! Space is limited, and interested participants will sign-up for the Lunch and Learn during conference registration. The Lunch and Learn event is sponsored by Mackey Mitchell Architects.

Third Annual Silent Auction

We are excited to announce the third annual Silent Auction at the Annual Conference to benefit the ACUHO-I Foundation. The auction will take place on Monday and Tuesday during the conference. All attendees are invited to visit the Silent Auction space to view the items and to place bids. 

We are currently seeking donations to be entered into the Silent Auction. Individuals, institutions, and exhibitors may choose to donate items and services. Donations are not limited to commercially available items; we welcome your creativity and works of art!  If you would like to donate an item for the Silent Auction, please click here for more information and to register your donated item(s).

Case Study Competition

The Contemporary Issues Committee will be hosting the annual Case Study Competition on Sunday, November 9th. Participants will sign up for a specific time along with a partner. For more information, and to sign up, visit the Case Study Competition page.

GLACUHO Gives Back - Service Project

The Inclusion and Equity Committee will again be sponsoring a service project activity at the conference. 

Facilities Tour at Bradley University

The Facilities and Operations Committee will offer a free tour of the residence halls at Bradley University. During your conference registration, please sign up to join us on Tuesday, November 11th, from 10:00am - 1:00pm for a tour of the residence halls and for lunch. Special thank you to Bradley University for hosting the tour.

Scholarship Opportunities

GLACUHO First Time Attendee Scholarship

We are pleased to offer four scholarships for first time conference attendees, one per state for Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. The scholarship will cover the cost of a full, on-time registration for the conference. The deadline for applications is Friday, October 24.

GLACUHO New School Involvement Scholarship

Thanks to generous support from, GLACUHO offers four New School Involvement Scholarships to enable the attendance of one staff member from a school in each state that has not been engaged in GLACUHO during the last three years. The scholarship will cover the cost of a full, on-time registration for the conference. The deadline for applications is Friday, October 24.

CASCHA Scholarship

CASCHA, the Chicago Area Student and Campus Housing Association, offers one scholarship to cover the registration cost of a first time GLACUHO Annual Conference Attendee. Applicants must be from a CASCHA member school. The deadline for applications is Friday, October 24.
