I’m excited to announce our recruitment process for 2019-2020 GLACUHO Leadership positions is open! New this year, elections for the 2019-2020 Board will take place online in May 2019. Ex-Officio Officers will be appointed at the summer board meeting this coming June. The leadership consists of both elected and appointed members.

The elected officers comprise the Board of Directors and are elected by the membership through an online voting process which will occur May 1-31 of this year.

The appointed officers include committee chairs, technology coordinator, and the exhibitor liaison and serve as ex-officio members of the leadership team. Appointed positions typically serve 1-2 year terms, and do not vote on the association's business.

Newly elected officers go through an onboarding and orientation process during summer and early fall, and will begin their term at the close of the 2019 annual conference in East Lansing, Michigan.
