Do I have to be signed in to the website in order to register?

• Yes, all registrations require users to be logged in to the website. This way your registration is tied to your website login, allowing you to view your registration and print a copy of your invoice/receipt at any time in the future. It also allows you to become engaged in our online community year-round.

Can I register more than one person at a time?

• Yes, you can register as many separate individuals as you need to at once. After completing the first person's registration, click the button at the bottom of the pages that says "Save & Add Another Attendee". Once finished adding people, click "Save & Finalize Registration". You will be able to review all information prior to submitting.
• If you register someone else from your institution, please ensure they have a website login set up on our site so we can link their registration to their individual account. If they don't already have an account set up, they should create one. (If you are registering yourself, your registration is automatically linked up to your account.) 

What payment methods are accepted?

• We accept secure credit card payments online or the option to mail a check.

I don't have a website login for myself yet. Do I need to create one first?

• Yes. If you are registering yourself for the conference, you need to create a website login first. All new website accounts are reviewed for accuracy and must be manually approved, which usually takes less than 4 hours (but can take up to 24 hours.)

I am an administrative assistant and need to register a person (or multiple people) from my department. Do I need to log in?

• Yes, all registrations require you to be logged in, but you have a couple options.
• Option 1: Create an account for yourself, if you do not already have one. If you do, log in to your own account; you can register other people using your account.
• Option 2: Use the individual(s) accounts. Does the individual already have a username/password on our website?
  • If so, ask the individual(s) to provide you with their login(s)/password(s) so you can complete the registration(s).
  • If not, the individual can create a login and provide you with their information, or you can create one on their behalf.

I am interested in purchasing a guest ticket for the opening / closing banquet, but my institution will not cover that expense. Can I do that as a separate transaction?

• Yes, on the conference information page, there are links under "related products" where you can purchase these tickets separate from the registration process while entering different payment information or being invoiced separately.

Where can I get more information (or ask a question) about a specific event at the conference?

• Our 2016 Annual Conference Discussion Forum page has information posted on many of the specific events taking place at the conference. Please locate the topic related to your question and review the information posted. If you would like to ask a question, you may post a reply on that topic and the committee sponsoring the event will reply.
