<description><![CDATA[We are in the process of re-envisioning our event planning model and learning outcomes for residents.  Our current model has been tweaked each semester for the last 3-4 years.  We are moving towards a curricular approach.  As I begin to think through how to get staff to be creative, I plan to use this concept so we don't keep going back to our current model and attempt to make changes to it.  Any ideas for a novel concept to use with the team would certainly be welcome - initially, I'm thinking of asking them what comes to mind when they hear the phrase "#adulting" to get them brainstorming and then bring in "even planning" to frame our process. ]]></description>
