Do you feel like sharing your Why with others? If not, what’s keeping you from wanting to share it?  Have you shared your Why statement with anyone else? How has it felt?

Note: there may be a variety of reasons why we are hesitant to share our Why. We may feel like the job we have or what we’re doing at the present time is not aligned with our purpose, cause or belief. By sharing it with others, we may feel like we are living authentically. We may also feel awkward talking about something so deeply personal right away. Be sensitive to these issues and support your participants by listening, empathizing and encouraging them.
