Plan to wear comfortable clothing, institutional pride is always encouraged. Pay attention to the packing list, you'll want/need most of those items. Bring a water bottle/travel mug for 24/7 water and coffee refills. Most importantly, come ready to learn and engage with colleagues from across the region. The time we spend together has potential for so many great things! As you manage your energy, know that its okay to be an introvert, I just encourage you to get out of your comfort zone while you're there!

Be ready to brainstorm projects, but also get ready to volunteer to implement. Executing the plans made during the Winter Meeting is what drives us forward and makes us a premier housing association.
