<description><![CDATA[<p>I am wondering if there are institutions that utilize online, internal knowledge base systems to manage standard operating procedures, continuity documentation, and general "manual" items for quick searching, cataloging, and general storage?&nbsp; This is typical of customer service-centered organizations (i.e. IT).&nbsp; If there are, I would love to connect about issues they've experienced implementing such a system and benefits they've seen with it.</p>]]></description>
