I am hoping this group can help me make sure I am asking all the right questions to get good information. Please see my questions below and let me know if there is anything that I am missing? Context: We have one residence hall. Room are suite style where 4 students share a bathroom.

Things I would like to know about the building:

- When was it built and any renovations?

- When are is the furniture changed out? 

- When are mattress rotated out? Where are we at in the that process?

- When was the HVAC/Broiler system maintenance? Does it need to be replaced? Or do parts need to be replaced?

- What is the maintenance request process for students living in the hall?

- How often are the buildings (hallways and lounges) cleaned?
