Online Knowledge Base Systems 0 D. Rohmiller, University of Notre Dame I am wondering if there are institutions that utilize online, internal knowledge base systems to manage standard operating procedures, continuity documentation, and general "manual" items for quick searching, cataloging, and general storage?  This is typical of customer service-centered organizations (i.e. IT).  If there are, I would love to connect about issues they've experienced implementing such a system and benefits they've seen with it.
