Arrival and Parking Information


Please plan on arriving at University Tower (911 W. North Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202) between 12:00pm and 12:45pm on Sunday, June 4.  Lunch is not provided on Sunday, so please plan time to get lunch before MLI begins at 1:00pm.


While checking in, you may park in the circle drive in front of University Tower (please turn your flashers on).  At check in, you will receive a parking pass and directions to a nearby parking garage.  Parking passing will allow in and out privileges.  





University Tower residence hall was converted from a hotel in 2013.  Rooms are double occupancy with private bathrooms.  Each room contains extra long twin beds (80 in), desks, dressers, and closet space.  The building is air conditioned.  Other conference groups will be sharing the building, but GLACUHO will have our own floor (board members & MLI participants).

All gender housing options are available.  If you would like to request a roommate, please let us know when you register.  We will do our best to accommodate these requests.  You may request a double as a single for an additional cost of $40.95 for the night of June 4th.

Please note, linens and pillows are NOT provided.  Please bring your own sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. 

Double occupancy housing is provided for the night of Sunday, June 4 (as part of your registration).  There is an additional charge of $40.95 if you need to stay an additional night (Saturday, June 3 and/or Monday, June 5).  You will be able to add additional nights when you register for MLI.

Meals provided will include Sunday dinner, Monday breakfast, and Monday lunch.  Please specify any dietary needs when you register.  

Meals are included for participants and faculty-- dinner Sunday night, and breakfast and lunch on Monday.

If you have a roommate preference, please specify that during the registration process. We will do our best to honor those requests.

MLI will begin at 1:00pm on Sunday, June 4.  A tentative schedule is below.
