Minutes to Fitness   


The Health and Wellness Committee is pleased to sponsor the Minutes to Fitness program!

  1. Register once for this program by clicking the Register link above. Participation is free!
  2. You will receive an email with a link to submit your activity. Each day, submit your minutes of intentional exercise. As guidance: walking for 30 minutes at lunch is intentional exercise whereas walking to a meeting is day-to-day movement.
  3. Each month, we will highlight the top ten participants via email. Quarterly, we will recognize the top participants with health and wellness swag.
