Registration is Easy!
We have worked hard designing our conference registration system to make the process easy and efficient for you. Before you register, this page will give you some information that may be helpful.

Sign In to Register
When you enter the conference registration system, you'll be prompted to sign in with your email address and password.
If you are a returning attendee, you will sign in with the email address and password you used last year. You will have an opportunity to update your contact information, email address, and membership database information once signed in. If you forgot your password from last year, you can click the "forgot password" link and it will be emailed to you.
If you are a first time attendee, welcome! We are excited to have you joining us in November! You will need to click the Create an account link where you will enter all of your information. After that, you will be able to sign in to register for the conference with the email address and password you just set up.

After clicking the link to register and signing in to your account, you'll see a list of the events for which you can register:

Please note, the Multicultural Competencies Institute (MCI) was previously an option, but due to high demand, registration is full and no more seats are available.
We are offering two convenient payment options this year: Pay by check, or pay instantly by credit card.
Paying by Check: If you wish to pay by check, you will automatically be sent an invoice by email upon registering. This invoice will show the balance due. You are welcome to send an individual check to pay for your registration, or a group payment where one check is paying for multiple attendees. Please be sure to include a copy of the invoice(s) with the check so we can apply your payment(s) quickly and accurately. Your check needs to be postmarked by Friday, October 14, 2011, in order to take advantage of our reduced early bird rate of $190.
Paying by Credit Card: You can choose to pay by credit card and be registered instantly. There is no additional charge to register by credit card, and your registration is completed and confirmed immediately. You will automatically be sent a receipt by email as soon as the credit card payment is complete showing the amount paid and that no balance is due. Only one registration per credit card transaction is possible, so if several people are registering with one credit card each registration will need to be processed as a separate transaction.
Can we send one big check for everyone going from our institution?
Yes! Please include a copy of each invoice being paid on the single check.
Can we register several people on the same credit card?
Yes, but not as a single transaction. Each person will have to sign in to register separately.
I am an administrative assistant, and I need to register several people in our department. How can I do this?
For anyone who has attended GLACUHO before, you will need the email address and password they used in previous years. Please ask them to provide this for you, or ask them to log in so you can process their registration. For anyone who is brand new to GLACUHO, you can create an account for them or ask them to create an account so you can register them.
Our instituion is notoriously slow in processing check requests. Can we have an extension on the early-bird deadline?
Unfortunately we are not able to provide extensions to this deadline due to our committments with the conference center, attendance numbers, and meal counts. Please plan far in advance to account for any lead time necessary at your institution. When in doubt, the option to pay by credit card completes the registration instantly.
I changed institutions since last year and have a new email address. Should I create a new account?
Because accounts are used to populate our membership database, as much as possible we are asking that you update your existing account. Please try logging in with your old email address and password; you will have an opportunity to change your email address once logged in. If you can't remember your password for your old email address and no longer have access to it, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we may be able to help!
