COMMITTEE SCOPE

The Inclusion and Equity Committee, upon review of a number of topics areas, resolved to hone in on a specific committee scope:

Be Brave: Allyship, Activism, and Change, the committee determined, is a scope that is both tremendously important in our work and connects to the contemporary issue of 'Navigating Change in Residence Life'. • Creating safe spaces to hold civil discourse / moving beyond the culture of 'nice'
