Mission

TO PROVIDE COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING METHODS FOR QUALITY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO HOUSING OFFICERS. 


Committee Scope

  • Create and deliver quality Trends publications
  • Create and deliver publications that communicate the value of GLACUHO
  • The creation and monitoring of general editorial guidelines of the association

COMMITTEE Learning Outcomes/GOALS

  1. Improve effectiveness of our inbound and outbound communication and marketing efforts, ensuring they are closely aligned with GLACUHO’s values and goals.
  2. Collaborate with chairs, committees, and elected board members to create online and offline content that will enable GLACUHO to establish engaging and continuous communication with its members and other external stakeholders. 
  3. Create content, both educational and engaging, for members in the area of communications, design, and marketing. 
  4. Evaluate GLACUHO’s image and branding platforms, including establishing credentials and requirements for logo, color, dimensions, and brand usage.

Learning Outcomes for the GLACUHO Audience

As a result of the work of the Communications and Marketing Committee, the GLACUHO membership will:

  1. Have an understanding of how and when to submit articles for Trends, as well as what type of articles are appropriate
  2. Be aware of important GLACUHO updates and opportunities
  3. Demonstrate an increased readership of Trends
  4. Demonstrate an increased submission rate of Trends articles
