The GLACUHO Region includes the following four states - Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. At the annual conference, the individual states elect their state delegate for a two-year term. On the odd years, the Michigan and Illinois elect their representative and on the even years, Indiana and Ohio elect their representative. The role of the state delegates is to serve on the GLACUHO Board of Directors, oversee and manage the state Listserv and database, recruit and maintain active members from with the state, and publish a regular newsletter for their individual states on what happening in their state and within the region.
