The 2012 Annual GLACUHO conference will be held in Columbus, Ohio at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.  The website for GCCC is www.columbusconventions.com  Dates for the 2012 conference are November 4-6, 2012.   The Exhibitor Show will occur on the evening of Monday, November 5 and during the morning of November 6 in exhibit hall C.  We will be utilizing the Hyatt Regency Hotel for the 2012 conference.

Booth rates for the 2012 conference will be $900.

Greetings!

My name is Joe Roselieb and I am your Exhibitor Liaison for the 2012 GLACUHO conference. I am very excited about this opportunity and look forward to working with all of you throughout the next year. In my current professional role, I serve as the Assistant Director of Residential Facilities at Western Illinois University. I have been at WIU for the last four years working in housing and dining services.

Before I begin to discuss this next year, I want to again say thank you for your past support of our association. We had 492 housing professionals and 51 registered exhibitors attend this past year. The Exhibitor show is continually one of the highlights of the conference experience for our delegates and one that I hope that continues to expand. Additionally, I want to express the gratitude GLACUHO has for the sponsorship we receive. These generous contributions allow us to enhance our conference each and every year.

As we move to the 2012 Conference, I am pleased to report that we will be hosting the 41st Annual GLACUHO Conference in Columbus, Ohio, November 4-6 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. As in the past, the Exhibitor Show will be held Monday, November 5 and Tuesday morning, November 6.

As an association, we will be meeting for our annual winter meeting in February. It will be after this meeting when conference registration and detailed exhibitor information will be released to you and posted on our website. It is my intention to provide updates and other association information to you throughout the year, so you and your
company can see the great things occurring in the region. Additionally, I encourage everyone to visit our website www.glacuho.org.

I’m very excited about this coming year and the opportunities that lay ahead. I hope that you will consider being part of the GLACUHO experience and choose to exhibit with at the annual exhibitor show. As in the past, we also have several sponsorship opportunities at the conference that have a great visual impact for you and your company. These opportunities exist at various dollar amounts. There is everything from sponsoring a delegate’s registration fee, name tags, to the every coveted Banquet sponsorship. Even if you are not able to attend the conference you are eligible to sponsor our conference in order to market your business.
