Sign In to Register

When you enter the conference registration system, you'll be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. 

If you are a returning exhibitor, you will sign in with the email address and password you used last year.  You will have an opportunity to update your contact information, email address, and membership database information once signed in.  If you forgot your password from last year, you can click the "forgot password" link and it will be emailed.

If you are a returning exhibitor but the person who registered previously is no longer with the company, please create a new account as if you were a first time exhibitor.  Don't worry, this is only for the conference registration system and we do recognize and appreciate your ongoing support from prior years.

If you are a returning exhibitor but do not know the email address used to register previously, you can set up a new account and password.  Don't worry, this is only for the conference registration system and we do recognize and appreciate your ongoing support from prior years.

If you are a first time exhibitor, welcome!  We are excited to have you joining us in November!  You will need to click the Create an account link where you will enter all of your information.  After that, you will be able to sign in to register for the conference with the email address and password you just set up.

Now That You're Signed In

After clicking the link to register and signing in to your account, you'll see a list of the events for which you can register:

-GLACUHO Annual Conference
-GLACUHO Multicultural Competencies Institute (MCI) (Exhibitors should not select this event; this is a pre-conference event only.)

Please select the GLACUHO Annual Conference option; this is the main event and includes the exhibitor shows.

Payment Options

We are offering two convenient payment options this year:  Pay by check, or pay instantly by credit card.

Paying by Check:  If you wish to pay by check, you will automatically be sent an invoice by email upon registering.  This invoice will show the balance due. 

Paying by Credit Card:  You can choose to pay by credit card and be registered instantly.  There is no additional charge to register by credit card, and your registration is completed and confirmed immediately.  You will automatically be sent a receipt by email as soon as the credit card payment is complete showing the amount paid and that no balance is due. 

**Special Note about the Invoice**

Due to a technology limitation, the exhibitor invoices include an outdated name and address for payment to be sent.  Please disregard the name and mailing address that appears on the invoice.

Payment FAQs for Exhibitors

We're not sure which rep took care of registration last year.  Can you look it up for us?
Unfortunately we do not have access to look up a previous account.  You can always try the "forgot password" link and enter an email address which may have taken care of registration last year.  You are welcome to try this for all possibilities.  The system will send the password to the corresponding email address if it is set up in our system.  Otherwise, you are welcome to create a new account with a new/different email address.

We have been attending GLACUHO for many years, but we have a new rep taking care of registration.  Will we show up in your database as a new company if we create a new account?
No, we certainly recognize and appreciate your ongoing support.  For exhibitors, the only thing tied to the email address used to log in is your conference registration.  It does not need to be the same account used in previous years.  Creating a new account will simply enable you to register for the conference with an email address that you haven't used before.
