We are offering two convenient payment options this year: Pay by check, or pay instantly by credit card.
Paying by Check: If you wish to pay by check, you will automatically be sent an invoice by email upon registering. This invoice will show the balance due.
Paying by Credit Card: You can choose to pay by credit card and be registered instantly. There is no additional charge to register by credit card, and your registration is completed and confirmed immediately. You will automatically be sent a receipt by email as soon as the credit card payment is complete showing the amount paid and that no balance is due.

FAQs for Exhibitors
We're not sure which rep took care of registration last year. Can you look it up for us?
We have migrated to a new system for this year, which does not require you to log in. Therefore, it is not necessary to know who took care of registration last year in order to register this year.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes! We accept credit cards, as well as checks, for registration payment.
When will I receive my booth number and placement?
Booth numbers and placements will be selected 3 weeks before the conference and e-mailed to the person who registred your company. Selections are based on 1.) Sponsorship 2.) Registration Date & 3.) The Products that are being sold and proximity to competition
What is included in a standard booth?
A standard 8’ x 10’ booth includes 8’ back/3’ sides, wastebasket, electric (if selected during registration), 6 ft table (if selected during registration), 2 chairs (if selected during registration), and booth number sign.
What do I do if a attendee on my registration changes or cancels?
Simply e-mail Joe Roselieb at email@example.com and he can authorize the change in the system.
Can I get a list of schools and attendees?
A list of schools and attendees will be e-mailed to the person who registered your company 2 weeks before the conference. In addition, all exhibitors will receive a full list of conference attendees following the conference.
When is the Exhibitor Show?
The Exhibitor Show will occur Monday Evening, November 18th from 5:30pm-7:30pm and Tuesday Morning, November 19th from 8:00am-10:00am.
When can we setup?
Load-In will begin on Monday, November, 18, 2013 at 12:00pm. Load-Out will occur on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 from 10:00am-1:00pm.
